What this site collects, and what we do with it.

Short version: what you type into a form is used to answer it, do the work and keep your building's service record. The time and network address of the request are used only to stop automated abuse of the forms. We do not sell any of it. No cookies, no advertising trackers.

What we collect

When you request a site walk or submit a ticket, we keep what you enter: your name, company, phone number or email, the building and its street address, and what you wrote — plus any photos you attach to a ticket. Our server also records the time of the request and your network address, which we use only to stop automated abuse of the forms. Browsing the site collects nothing that identifies you.

Why

To call or email you back about the request, to do the work, and to keep a record of the service history at your building. That is the whole list.

Where it goes

Requests are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the United States, delivered to us by email through our Microsoft 365 account, and, if you asked for text updates, sent through Twilio. These services process information under their own terms. We do not sell or rent your information. The services named above process it to store and deliver your request.

Cookies and tracking

No cookies, and no advertising or social-media code. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records the page viewed, the time, and the general region and browser type. It sets no cookie, keeps no record of who you are, and cannot follow you to other sites. The two forms are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which confirms that a request came from a browser rather than a script; it runs silently, asks nothing of you, and is covered by Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

How long we keep it

Site-walk requests until the conversation is finished. Tickets are kept as part of the service record for the building, because the history of a system is useful to whoever maintains it next. Ask and we will delete either.

Your choices

Email info@artechlogistics.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed. We answer these by email. If you would rather not use a form at all, call (248) 988-9040 and nothing is stored on the website.
