A Michigan business since 2016. Based in Lapeer.
Artech Logistics is a commercial low-voltage contractor and systems integrator based in Lapeer, Michigan.
We design and install cabling, networks, AV, cameras and door access, phones and building controls, for owners, facility directors, architects, technology consultants and general contractors. Our own technicians do the work, across Michigan and into northwest Ohio.
Commercial work only, fully insured with certificates on request, and we stand behind every installation after the handoff. Where we work
Your building stays your business. We do not publish client names or locations, and what we see on a site walk stays between us.
The facts
What a facility director or a general contractor checks before calling.
Where we work
Based in Lapeer. Our own technicians, across Michigan and into northwest Ohio.
Most of our commercial work is in the regions below. If your building is outside them, ask. We travel for the right project.
Industries
The same systems, built for how each building is actually used.
We also work in township and public buildings, churches and nonprofits, retail and multi‑site chains, child care centers, gyms, dealerships and self-storage.
How we work
Our team quotes it, builds it and answers the phone afterward. Here is what that looks like from your side.
We walk the building with you — every closet, every ceiling, every room in scope — read the drawings if there are any, and confirm pathways, power and what each system has to do. About an hour. No charge.
A written scope with drawings, device counts, network and PoE budget, rack elevations, and an itemized quote. Nothing vague, nothing "as needed." Where an architect or technology consultant has already written the Division 27 and 28 documents, we build to them; where there are no drawings or specifications, we design to the same standard. If a cheaper approach will cause problems later, we tell you before you spend the money.
Our own technicians. On new construction we coordinate pathways and rough-in with the electrical contractor and the GC schedule so nothing is opened twice. In occupied buildings we work in zones, off-hours and weekends, around shifts and store hours, protect finishes, and leave the site clean every night. In hospitals, schools and child care centers we meet the facility's vendor requirements — visitor rules, badging, background checks, infection control — before the first day on site. Anything that changes mid-project is priced in writing before we proceed.
Every run verified, every device confirmed on the network, every room and door checked the way you will use it — not the way the spec sheet describes it.
Training for your staff, the closeout package delivered, and a direct line to the people who built it. This is where most contractors leave. It is where our relationship starts. Every installation carries a one-year warranty on our workmanship.
What the work looks like when we leave — and why each detail is there.
These are our installations, photographed by our technicians on site. Nothing staged, nothing stock. Each detail is a decision we make on every project, whether the client will ever see it or not.

Pathway
Every run has a route before it has a cable. We fill tray to no more than half its capacity on day one so the building has room to grow, keep data away from power, honor bend radius on every turn, sleeve and firestop every penetration through a rated wall, and color-code by system so a technician can trace a bundle from the ceiling without pulling a single tie. What you see here is the route the network will follow for the next twenty years.

Power and protection
The fiber lands in a proper enclosure, not a loose cassette. The switch stack sits on conditioned UPS power sized for runtime, not just surge. Grounding and bonding to ANSI/TIA‑607, labeled as such. An enclosed cabinet in an occupied space is locked, ventilated and quiet — the building should not know it is there. And the room is cleaned of dust and debris before a single switch is racked.
What we do
The first two are the foundation. The rest is what the building sees.
Tell us about the building. We will walk it with you.
A site walk is free and takes about an hour. What follows is a written scope and a firm, itemized number.
Outside those hours, the form and the ticket page still reach us. A ticket marked Down is treated as an emergency and goes ahead of scheduled work.
Thank you. We have your request and will be in touch to walk the building with you.
