Rooms that start with one touch. Training for the people who run them.
We also do this work in township and public buildings and in hotels.
Commercial audiovisual integration across Michigan.
Conference and training rooms that start with one touch, lobbies and signage that stay reliable in daily use — designed around how the space is actually used, commissioned in it, and taught to the people who will run it.
One touch, the display wakes, the call connects, the audio is intelligible from every seat. Nobody calls IT before a client presentation. We are not tied to a manufacturer: displays, microphones, control and conferencing hardware are chosen for the room and the budget, and commissioned to the same standard whichever name is on the box.
Done when the meeting runs, not when the screen is hung.
These are our installations, photographed by our technicians on site. Nothing staged, nothing stock. Each detail is a decision we make on every project, whether the client will ever see it or not.

Commissioning
A room is not finished when the equipment is mounted. It is finished when we have run the meeting the way you will: walked in, pressed one button, presented from a laptop and from a phone, heard ourselves from the back row, and adjusted until it is right. Then we train your staff on it before we leave.
What you hold at handoff
The closeout package is part of the job, not an extra.
Your closeout package covers the systems in the agreed scope.
Questions we get
Short answers. The long ones happen on the site walk.
Teams or Zoom?
Either, or both. Native Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms hardware where the room is dedicated to one, or a bring-your-own-device setup where a laptop drives the room. Cameras and microphones are sized for the table, not the brochure.
Our room works until someone touches the wrong thing.
That is a control problem, not a hardware problem. One panel, one page, the buttons your staff actually use, and nothing else exposed. Then we train them on it before we leave.
Can you fix the audio in a room we already have?
Usually. Being heard from the back row comes down to microphone placement, speaker layout and processing, and most rooms were never tuned after the equipment went in. We measure, adjust, and commission the room the way you will use it. How a takeover goes.
Video walls and signage?
Yes, for lobbies, sales floors and plants. Sized for the viewing distance, on a network segment of their own, with content your own staff can change without calling us.
Paging and sound masking?
Paging for warehouses and plants, sound masking for open offices and clinics where speech privacy matters. Both run on the same cabling and network we install, and both are commissioned by ear in the space, not from a spreadsheet.
Nurse call, mass notification, hotel TV?
Yes. Nurse call for clinics and care facilities, mass notification tied into paging for schools and plants, and TV distribution for hotels and waiting rooms. Each runs on the same cabling and network we install, and the head-end is labeled and documented like everything else.
The other systems
The room runs on the network and the cabling underneath it.
Tell us about the building. We will walk it with you.
A site walk is free and takes about an hour. What follows is a written scope and a firm, itemized number.
In occupied buildings we work in zones, off-hours and weekends, around shifts and store hours.
Your building stays your business. We do not publish client names or locations, and what we see on a site walk stays between us.
Outside those hours, the form and the ticket page still reach us. A ticket marked Down is treated as an emergency and goes ahead of scheduled work.
Thank you. We have your request and will be in touch to walk the building with you.
