Handsets on the desks and working on day one.
We also do this work in dealerships and in multi-site retail.
Business phone systems for commercial buildings across Michigan.
Cloud and on-premises business phone systems — numbers ported, call flows and auto‑attendants built, handsets on the desks and working on day one, with the network underneath tuned so calls never compete with data.
We are not tied to a carrier or a handset brand. Cloud or on-premises is a decision about your building, your call volume and your budget, not about what we resell, and we price both so you can see the difference.
How a cutover goes
The old lines stay live until the new ones answer.
We count the desks, the doors, the fax machine and the gate, look at the internet connection and the switches the phones will hang off, and confirm what the front desk needs the phone to do. About an hour. No charge.
A written scope: cloud or on-premises and why, handset counts, the call flow drawn out, the auto-attendant script, the network changes, and an itemized quote. Nothing vague, nothing "as needed."
The system is built and tested while your old phones keep ringing. The port request goes in with the cutover date, and the network gets its voice VLAN and quality-of-service settings before a single handset is plugged in.
Handsets go on the desks, the numbers move, and we are in the building when the first calls come in. Then we train the people who answer the phone, and leave the documentation behind. Your closeout package covers the systems in the agreed scope.
Questions we get
Short answers. The long ones happen on the site walk.
Will we lose our phone number?
No. Porting keeps your numbers. We schedule the cutover so the old lines stay live until the new ones answer, and nobody calls a dead number in between.
Cloud or on-premises?
Cloud for most offices: no server to maintain, works from home and from a mobile app, priced per user. On-premises where the internet connection is poor, a plant floor has analog devices that have to stay, or a policy requires it. We price both.
What about the fax machine, the gate and the elevator phone?
Analog line replacement covers the fax, the postage meter and the gate intercom. Elevator and fire-panel lines have their own code requirements, and we plan those separately with you so nothing gets forgotten at cutover.
Do you build the auto-attendant?
Yes. Call flows, ring groups, voicemail to email, business hours and holidays, built with you and documented, so the person who answers the phone can change a greeting without calling us.
Will calls break up when someone downloads a big file?
Not if the network is done right. Voice gets its own VLAN and quality-of-service priority on every switch, which is why tuning the network is part of the phone job rather than someone else's problem.
Can you take over a phone system someone else installed?
Yes. We document what is there, from the lines and numbers to the handsets and the call flow, and put the fixes in order before anything is priced. How a takeover goes.
The other systems
Phones run on the network and the cabling underneath it.
Tell us about the building. We will walk it with you.
A site walk is free and takes about an hour. What follows is a written scope and a firm, itemized number.
In occupied buildings we work in zones, off-hours and weekends, around shifts and store hours.
A few phones or a failed reader can be a job on its own.
Your building stays your business. We do not publish client names or locations, and what we see on a site walk stays between us.
Outside those hours, the form and the ticket page still reach us. A ticket marked Down is treated as an emergency and goes ahead of scheduled work.
Thank you. We have your request and will be in touch to walk the building with you.
